Return Policy

Formawell Beauty gladly accepts returns of products that were purchased from our website. Purchases made from other retailers are subject to their return policies. If you purchased this product through a retailer, please reach out to them for further information and instructions.

To return a product to Formawell Beauty please contact us or email customerservice@formawellbeauty.com to start the return process and obtain a RMA number.  We kindly ask that you return the item in its original packaging via your courier of choice to the following address:

We suggest you use a trusted and insured Courier. Formawell Beauty is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. 

We will provide a full refund for products purchased within 30 days of receipt, please note that we will not be able to refund any shipping fees unless the mistake was made on our part.
